Shipping policy

Shipping

Most made-to-order works are completed within 6–8 weeks, with larger pieces requiring up to 3 months. Smaller works are generally shipped by UPS. Larger works may require freight delivery; please contact us for a shipping quote.

We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Returns & Refunds

Many works offered by Aaron Laux Design are original artworks, made-to-order pieces, or custom commissions. Because of the unique nature of these works, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Deposits on commissioned work are non-refundable once the design has been finalized and production has begun.

Damaged Orders

If your piece arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 days of delivery through our Contact page. Please include your order number and photographs showing the damage and packaging. We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Please contact us before returning or shipping an artwork back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
