This is a story of a man yearning to reconnect with Mother Earth. He is mending the umbilical cord that binds his heart to hers. She is the source of all life; nothing exists without what she offers. Through her, he feels the presence of his ancestors. He honors those who came before, even though their stories remain unknown. In doing so, he becomes a good ancestor for those yet to come. Listening to the wisdom carried through the ages, he remembers to transform what is broken into something whole, to meet the world's fear and pain with courage, to use his power to disrupt and heal the negative patterns born from our traumas. He knows how to respect women and children, how to serve and protect those in need. He understands that no one is above another, especially the countless other life forms who share this world with us. This man seeks belonging. He fills the void of what has been lost with healing. He remembers to move through life with gratitude.

Handmade at the studio

Thrown by hand, finished by fire

Every piece is wheel-thrown from stoneware and glazed by hand in our studio. This one wears our signature finish, so slight variation in tone and texture is part of it, never a flaw. No two are exactly alike.
