Offering Peace

Offering Peace is an act of healing and repair. The face, breath, open hand, and bird create an atmospheric moment that speaks to release, renewal, and the possibility of peace.

Each of us experiences discord in our lives. Sometimes it arrives as a small rupture between people, and sometimes it becomes something far more difficult and overwhelming. In these moments, I believe empathy can become a way forward, allowing us to see beyond our own experience and recognize each other’s humanity.

Offering Peace is my invocation to find greater empathy, to repair what we can, and to approach one another with more kindness. The open hand and the released bird suggest that peace is not something we simply receive. It is something we choose to offer.

Made to order, please allow 6–8 weeks. This piece is an original, hand-carved work based on a design I've created before. While the composition is consistent, each piece is individually made and may vary slightly in color, grain, and detail.

Shipping: UPS

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth or feather duster. Avoid direct sunlight and high-humidity environments, which can cause wood to expand, contract, or fade over time. If you have questions about caring for your specific piece, feel free to reach out.

Most pieces are made to order, with a lead time of 6-8 weeks (up to 3 months for larger or more complex work). If you need a piece by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering so we can confirm timing.

Flatter wall pieces ship via UPS. Larger sculptural and freight-shipped pieces are quoted individually, contact us for a shipping quote.
