The Gathering Table

This table feels as though it is emerging from the earth, its organic form growing outward from a network of mycelial threads. Like the hidden systems beneath a forest floor, these threads speak to the unseen connections that bind us to the natural world and to one another.

The table becomes a place where those connections can surface and take form. Its shape invites people to gather, to come together around a shared center, much like the networks in nature that sustain and support one another. It reflects the connections between family, friends, community, and the places we call home.

At its heart, The Gathering Space is about belonging. The idea that we are not isolated, but part of something larger. Like the mycelial network beneath our feet, our relationships create a web of support, exchange, memory, and growth.

Made to order, please allow 6–8 weeks. This piece is an original, hand-carved work based on a design I've created before. While the composition is consistent, each piece is individually made and may vary slightly in color, grain, and detail.

Shipping: Freight

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth or feather duster. Avoid direct sunlight and high-humidity environments, which can cause wood to expand, contract, or fade over time. If you have questions about caring for your specific piece, feel free to reach out.

Most pieces are made to order, with a lead time of 6-8 weeks (up to 3 months for larger or more complex work). If you need a piece by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering so we can confirm timing.

Flatter wall pieces ship via UPS. Larger sculptural and freight-shipped pieces are quoted individually, contact us for a shipping quote.
